terms of service

general terms

  • Commissioning me means agreeing to these terms of service.

  • I have the right to decline any commission for any reason. I have the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • Client must provide a reference image of the character/person to be drawn.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Client will receive a 300dpi full resolution png image. No physical print will be shipped.

  • Please keep email correspondence relating only to the commissioned work. Subjects outside this may be ignored.

  • The client will NOT participate in rude or harassing behavior during the terms of this agreement. If such behavior is exhibited, I reserve the right to cancel the terms of this agreement.

I don't draw:

  • Males (for now!)

  • Couples/romantic scenes (I'm not good at them lol)

  • Elderly people

  • Realism

  • Complex backgrounds

  • NSFW (anything 18+, gory, etc.)

  • Furry

  • Mecha/heavy armor

payment

  • I will only accept PayPal. I require 50% payment before I start the commission and 50% payment before I send the finished piece. Once I approve your commission request, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your email.

refunds

  • NO refunds, unless I haven't started the drawing. I'll also give refunds if I don't feel confident in finishing it. NO chargebacks.

copyright

  • As the artist, I hold all rights to the commissioned artwork.

  • I have the right to publish all commissioned artworks and any “work in progress” photos/videos on social media.

  • You may not claim the artwork as your own or alter the artwork without my permission.

  • Please credit me if you post the commissioned artwork.

  • Do not use my artwork for AI/NFTs.

usage

  • Listed prices are for personal use only. Examples of personal use: Social media pfp (credited), social media posts (credited), phone wallpaper, etc.

  • Price will be doubled for commercial use (branding, merchandise, etc.)

work speed

  • The finished drawing is estimated a week to 2 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, etc. I will send you updates on your commission periodically in that timeframe.

email updates

  1. After you submit the commission form, I’ll confirm the commission and send you a PayPal invoice through email. I may also send a thumbnail to give a rough idea of the piece. I will only start the sketch once the 50% upfront payment is made.

  2. First, I will send a colored sketch for you to review.

  3. Next, I will send a lineart and flat colors version for you to review. (I skip this step for chibis.)

  4. After I render the commission, I will send you a low-resolution, heavily watermarked image and ask you to make the remaining 50% payment.

  5. Finally, after you complete the payment, I will send you the finished, full-resolution 300dpi .png image

  7. First, I will send you a thumbnail sketch for your approval. Any changes made be made at this time.

  8. Next, I will send you a colored sketch for your approval. Up to 3 minor revisions allowed. After your approval, I will render the final piece.

  9. No charge for changes that need to be made because of a mistake on my part (that was clearly specified on the references).
